Cayuse provides first level support for issues with the Grant Financial Management system. Should you encounter an issue, you may contact Cayuse though one of the following ways:

  • Email your support request to support@cayuse.com.
  • Contact Cayuse Support by phone at 503-297-2108 x1. A representative is available weekdays 9am - 8pm EST.
  • Submit your request through the Cayuse Help Center at https://support.cayuse.com. You will need to sign up for an account with Cayuse Support in order to use the site.


From within GFM, you may also access the Cayuse Help Center or search for support articles.

  • The Cayuse Help Center can be accessed from within GFM by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen and then Help Center.


  • You can quickly search for support articles from within GFM by clicking on the question mark (?) icon at the bottom right of the screen and then Help Center. You may also view announcements from Cayuse through this menu.


Cayuse Support will be able to address most issues related to the product, but they may direct you to OVPR IT if the issue is related specifically to Penn data, processes, or access. To best address your issue, please submit your request through Cayuse Support first and submit a ticket through Research Support if instructed to do so by Cayuse or if further help is needed.
